Formed in 2008, Animal Care and Assistance Fund (ACAF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that assists qualifying pets, in Southwestern, PA, who need emergency or specialty care at Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty Emergency Center (PVSEC).
